Making A Purchase
We provide custom solutions designed specifically to your requirements, we will first discuss these requirements with you before issueing a formal quotation covering the work we expect to do and detailing all costs and delivery details. Our payment terms will be specified as part of our quotations. For InstantHMI software and hardware we will issue a proforma invoice on receipt of your details, goods will be shipped once funds have been cleared by the banks unless we have agreed credit terms. |

Shipping And Handling
Our prices are quoted F.O.B. from our factory, delivery will be quoted as an option if requested. |

Delivery Schedule
Our standard delivery for complete control systems will depend on the size of the equipment and will form part of our quotation. Quoted deliveries are firm for orders placed within four weeks of the quotation and will be confirmed on placement of the order. For small systems 6-8weeks, for larger units 12-16 weeks. Simple software modifications can be as short as 2-5days depending on our workload. For InstantHMI we ship within 4 weeks for the panel hardware, software on CD will be shipped within 1 week, electronic transfer will be within 24 hours. |
| Tax Charges We charge VAT at the rate ruling at the date of invoice. |

Guarantee
Our systems are warranted for 12 months from date of delivery to site unless we agree otherwise in writing. |

Remittance Terms
Our normal terms are payment via proforma invoice, BACS transfer direct to our account is the quickest method of payment. Goods will be shipped once funds have been cleared by the banks. Credit Accounts: All invoices are due for payment 30 days from date of invoice, unless we agree otherwise. Please contact the accounts department to set up an account for credit terms. |

Suppliers Terms
Colyton Industrial Designs Ltd. does not accept unsolicited requests for orders covering goods or services, we will request a quotation for any work required and will raise a purchase order against that quotation.
We do not place any orders without a written quotation.
We require all invoices to quote the purchase order number shown on the order, no invoice will be accepted for payment without an official order number. Our payment terms are 30 days net from the end of the month in which the invoice is received providing there are no unresolved disputes. |
